My husband & I decided to give Ken a call on the recommendation of a friend he had helped in the past. He not only helped us sell our home for more than we were asking when we tried to do it ourselves, he also took the time to understand what we were looking for and wasted no time finding us the perfect home before we finished selling. He was there for us the whole way but we never felt pressured. This is the way realtors should be! We will definitely hire Ken again in the future & recommend him to anyone needing help with real estate.

Really glad we met Ken at the open house. We had been searching for over 6 months with other agents & in just under a week of working with Ken, we were able to get the home we wanted under contract. Wish we had found him sooner! Would highly recommend him & will hire him again.

Ken was very professional and efficient when purchasing my home. He was always available when we had any questions. He was there throughout the entire process. It's been 4 months since closing on the house, and Ken still checks up to see how we are doing. If there are any issues he would be gladly to help out.

Mr. Hopkins is very professional, knowledgeable of the market and passionate about his work. His results always speak volumes of his diligence. I seldom write reviews but his hard work deserves merit! He is honest and and will go the mile extra to help you find EXACTLY what you're looking for, even if it’s a hidden waterfront gem!
