Last year (2022), we were looking for a condo in Indian Rocks Beach. Living across the state it was no easy feat… but after meeting Ken, he made it a truly seamless experience and within a few weeks we had found our dream condo. Now, a year later, we still couldn’t be happier. So happy in fact, that when we decided to sell our primary residence on the Florida east coast, we once again called upon Ken to work his magic in finding us another primary residence closer to downtown St Pete. Within a few weeks, he had once again found us a gorgeous home which checked off pretty much everything we were looking for. Ken is a true professional … he takes the time to listen, he’s easy to work with, and great at negotiating a fair price. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Ken and have already referred him to my friends and family who are looking to buy and/or sell a home in the area. He is nothing but kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable. The thing I enjoyed most about him was his no non-sense attitude. Sometimes when you are buying a home people tell you what they think you want to hear, but not Ken. He shoots it straight and I appreciate the honesty. If I ever move again, I know Ken will be my guy.
