We first met Ken in 2022 while searching for a rental townhome, and somehow he managed to help us land what truly became our dream home. Updated: March 2026 - we just sold our house with Ken. Despite the stale market, we were one if the first homes in the neighborhood to sell after the new year, and its all thanks to Ken. From advising us about pricing, timing, and repairs - Ken is your guy. As a fellow resident in the neighborhood, Ken has been nothing but a kind neighbor who was willing to help out with the yearly property tax appeal. Very easy to work with and responsive! He has also recently helped me in my journey of finding a new tenant for my rental home in Atlanta. After having a bad experience with a previous tenant, I was a bit discouraged. Ken provided all the information (with links) that I needed to file my appeal; he even provided comps for me. He followed up to check in to see how the process was going.
