We had a very positive experience as first time home buyers, thanks to Ken he made the whole process of buying a house so much easier to understand. he walked us through each step and was very knowledgeable and answered any questions or concerns we had along the way.
He was very responsive and would always return our phone calls or email. He worked extremely hard to make sure we got the home we always wanted!
We are SO happy to have our dream home and this
would absolutely not be possible without Ken Palmer!!

I have known ken for 10+ years as he is a family friend whom I have also worked with. He has gone above and beyond for my wife and I. Making sure we got the house we wanted for our family. Not just during the buying process, but taking the time to coach us with advice and help along the way before we were ready to start looking for a house to buy. I would highly recommend Ken Palmer to anyone looking for an agent that’s professional, respectful and willing to go that extra mile to make sure his clients needs/wants are met.

I've known Ken for a long time and when I mentioned that I was interested in buying a home he was more than willing to help. He knows what he's doing with the home buying process and has many contacts for inspections and services which helped me greatly. He was also willing to put in the time and effort to help me locate and view as many houses as it took to find something perfect. Another benefit of of working with Ken is his knowledge and experience in construction, so he knows what to look for when viewing a house in terms of things to be concerned about. In short I will be grateful to use his service again if and when the time comes and I will recommend him to any and everyone.
