Ken Vasan has been our realtor for the last 15 years, and with his help, we have rented, sold, and bought homes more than once. Ken spent time with us to understand our real estate needs and provided us with sufficient data that helped us make appropriate decisions at every step of our buying (or selling) process. His attention to detail has always been outstanding. We've never been easy buyers. We always came up with neverending questions about the property, inspection, market or loans, etc., and he was always prompt in responding to our phone calls or text messages. His patient attitude reduced our anxiety levels, and we never felt pressured into making a decision.

Ken is local to the Bay Area and understands the market very well. We will use Ken's services for our future real estate needs and recommend him to our friends for their home-buying needs.

When we finally decided to plunge into the housing market we decided to use Kens services. Home buying in the Bay Area can be a very stressful experience but Ken took care of everything. He guided us through the whole process.
He was very responsive & his knowledge about the market was of immense help when we purchased our home.
