Ken was our agent when we purchased our first, and only house! And if we buy again, we will undoubtedly use Ken again!!! We looked at homes for 8 months before we found our home and Ken was by our side the entire way! We looked at houses, on average, 2-3 times a week and Ken always presented himself as eager to go on this adventure with us! He never presented us with options out of our price range and never tried to get us into a home we couldn't afford! Ken is a trusted ally in the house buying market! He is extremely knowledgeable with real-estate, loans, brokers, and everything else that comes with buying a house! We were never caught off guard because Ken kept us informed and was always honest and up front with what we could expect each step of the house buying process. We still reflect on some of the wisdom Ken shared with us as a homeowner that has helped us long after we purchased our home! I highly recommend Ken for a smooth, trusting, confident, and pleasant home buying experience.

Mr. Wallis is awesome! He found us the exact house we were looking for and helped to get us into this house. We had experiences with other agents and while we were in the process of buying there was always some shoe that would fall and knock us out of the buying process. Mr. Wallis made our buying process so simple and he took care of so much. While we were still waiting for the shoe to drop, it never did and we were able to get into the house we wanted!

I'm a buyer. More than that, I'm a low income buyer. I've worked with other agents who have not even given me the time of day. I've been working with Ken for quite awhile now, and he has never given up on me. I'm currently in escrow, and I expect I will be in my new home shortly.
