I have been Investing in personal rental property / rehab properties since 1990. Licensed as a Salesperson in 1995 and then as a Real Estate Broker in1998. While working for Fairfield Communities at Lake Lure, I was a Top producing Timeshare Salesman in the late 90’s. In the early 2000's I worked along side some of the best local developers in the region marketing and selling mountain view home sites. Having participated in hundreds of homes and land transactions over a twenty-one-year sales history, I bring an understanding of the real estate market that only time and experience can offer.
Over the years, I have worked with Century 21, Fairfield Mountain Communities, Mountain Creek Land Co, Fall Creek Land Co, and other prominent leading developers in the development of mountain retreat, vacation, and retirement properties through out Rutherford, McDowell, Polk, and Cleveland counties.
