Ken Wormald

Ken is an Owner/Managing Partner in The Wormald Companies overseeing all aspects of the Wormald organization. Ken’s focus is on the front end of the business which includes business development, architecture, marketing, and sales team management. Ken also spearheads the firm’s senior living and general brokerage work. He is a graduate of the Advanced Management Development Program in Real Estate at Harvard University, and holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Richmond, and a Master of Christian Studies from Regent College. Ken is active in various industry associations, serves on the board of directors of two homeowners associations, and has served on the Executive Committee of the Urban Land Institute, Baltimore. As a Human Rights and Religious Freedom Correspondent in the office of U.S. Congressman Christopher Smith and having served on the Board of Directors of the Fourth Presbyterian School, Ken enjoys giving giving back to the community. In his spare time he has been a Coach for various children’s teams in Montgomery County and resides with his wife and three children in Gaithersburg, Maryland.
