My intuition is trustworthy. So, when I had a gut feeling that Ken would be perfect as my realtor, I felt good about it. Ken brought those feelings to fruition by delivering more than expected. Not only does he have the smarts and integrity needed in this field, he is a real go-getter. He presented lots of houses to look at in a short timeframe and what's even better is that, as a first time buyer (by myself), he provided invaluable information I might not have considered on my own. He pointed out pertinent details that a buyer should contemplate-everything from looking closely at the side of the house that gets the weather to checking the maximum amps in, and date on the electric panel. I'm impressed, but more than that I feel like I'm in good hands-that my purchase will truly be based on solid information from a realtor who possesses vast knowledge and integrity.

Great experience. He helped me find a place to rent that met my specifications in my price range. We looked at some places that didn't work out, but he was very determined to keep looking and find something that would meet my needs. He is very knowledgeable about the area. Would highly recommend.
