Kendal started her real estate career in Property Management as a leasing consultant and quickly climbed the corporate ladder to become a Property Manager. She spent 8+ years managing the property staff, overseeing tenants’ needs and day to day operations as well as creating a strong sense of community for her residents. When her company was bought out, she decided it was time for a new challenge.

“Real Estate always was an interest of mine. So, I made the decision to be a listing coordinator for a local Richmond Real Estate Team. I loved being a part of all the transactions, getting to know the clients and marketing the properties. I quickly realized this was something I really enjoyed and became a licensed agent within a year. I met with The Hogan Group shortly after and decided to hang my license."

Kendal was born and raised in Richmond, graduated from Ferrum College with her Business Administration degree. She resides in Henrico with her husband, daughter (Madilynn) and a very curious coonhound (Gauge). She enjoys spending time with family and friends, being on the water, volunteering, and a great glass of wine!
