About Kendal

I have been in the real estate business since 2002. I got my license during my last year of college and started on the property management side right after college. Shortly after, I started selling real estate full time and have done so ever since. I graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester MA with a BA in English & Literature. I am now also a licensed General Contractor in the state of North Carolina and enjoy building homes and doing other construction projects as well as selling real estate. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors. My areas of service include: new construction, re-sales, property management, buyer's agency, seller's agency, dual agency, residential, investment property and commercial properties. I love this job and try very hard to do a great job for my clients. I am a wife and mother, avid dog lover and constantly on the move.
