A consistent award winner for her sales production, she is proficient with producing useful research for her clients and managing the multiple timelines associated with each transaction.

An expert in Three Arch Bay real estate, who lives there and has served on the HOA board of directors, Kendall has been successful by adapting her services to the needs of her clients. To serve relocating seniors, she earned the Senior Real Estate Specialist designation and recently launched Senior Real Estate Solutions (SRES) with two of her colleagues.
