Kendall Toney

Founder and CEO of Toney Realty Group; Kendall wears the hat of both a licensed realtor and mortgage loan originator. Previous experience in sales and account management, paired with a consultative approach have been integral components of Kendall’s proven history of success. Raised in the city of Charlotte NC, his familiar face and ability to network has been key to a successful career.

As a multi-million-dollar producer on both sides of the transaction, Kendall can service buyers, sellers, and current homeowners in multiple states. Kendall received a full basketball scholarship to the University of NC Greensboro, where he earned a degree in communications and met his wife. Father of two and a full time professional, Kendall takes time to educate anyone he can about the importance of owning a home, the advantages or home ownership, and the generational wealth opportunities that come with real estate.
