Kendra was exceptional in helping me sell my home and masterfully executed a multistep process while I was on the other side of the country. Additionally, Kendra coordinated multiple subcontractors, argued for best pricing, and did research to find alternative materials during a supply chain shortage. Kendra compiled several pricing options and walked me through the pros/cons of each. As a testament to her value, my house sold within 24hours of being listed over the list price! Having someone I could trust could navigate through the fog of the pandemic real estate market made a world of difference and I highly recommend working with Kendra!

I highly recommend Kendra Carey for your real estate needs. She sold a house for me against all odds and challenges which she handled with patience, knowhow, and perseverance. When things looked dire, she assured me it would be okay, and it was. Recently she helped me buy a house and again there were challenges. We were up against another buyer with a cash/no contingency offer, but Kendra was able to negotiate the sale in my favor. We closed in two weeks! Lovely home in North Old Town reasonably priced and in demand during a tough market for buyers. She never wavered. Can answer any questions put to her and is available 24-7. She also has a superb team of professionals that she has assembled to help. I trust her implicitly and have found her a pleasure to work with.
