I don’t believe in 5star ratings but having worked with other DC area realtors, Kendra Shine’s services were simply refreshing! She knows her stuff and is a consummate professional—always punctual, thorough, and efficient. I never felt like my litany of questions was a nuisance. She anticipated my needs as a client and generally made me feel like I was her only client whenever we engaged: I always felt like her top priority. I’ve since recommended her to a number of friends, family and co-workers so I thought it only fair I say it here, too.

This was my 2nd time working with Kendra to sale a home and I can honestly say it was a pleasure!! She understood exactly how my husband and I wanted things to go with our sale and she had our best interests at heart through and through.
