Kennan Espy

Kennan Espy is the Chief Financial Officer and Broker in Charge at MoMentum Companies. He was raised in Cary, NC, has spent nearly a decade in Wilmington after living a short time in Arizona and Philadelphia. Graduating from Arizona State University with a BA in business and a minor in sustainability, he has over 10 years of experience in hospitality and sales. Kennan has been a broker with Momentum since early 2018, yet has been with the company for many years in the project management and development side of the business. His versatile history allows the ability to work in many directions of the real estate industry. A few local projects he has collaborated with include the South Front District, Floriana’s, and Warehovse 1856 as well as volunteering with DBA. He enjoys golf and spending time with his wife and their dog.
