About Kenneth
Kenneth J. DeCosta joined Keystone Consulting Group, Inc. in 2002. He is a Massachusetts Certified General Appraiser and an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute. Ken graduated from Babson College in 1987 and has been employed in the field of real estate appraisal/consulting for the past 20 years. Prior to joining Keystone, he worked for local firms and was also the principal of Hallmark Appraisal Services.
Ken’s areas of appraisal expertise include retail, office, industrial, residential sell-out projects, and golf courses, as well as commercial land. Ken’s geographic territory is eastern Massachusetts. Some of Ken’s completed assignments of note include the 1.1± million square foot, former Digital Equipment Headquarters in Maynard, Massachusetts; 130 acres of commercial land owned in conjunction with Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, Massachusetts; and several golf courses around the region.
