Hi Ken, Over the July 4th holiday in 2009, I submitted about 14 emails and calls to realtors about listings. You were the only one that called and emailed me right back on the 4th! I never did get any other responses from the other realtors even after the holiday! So we began our search that summer, but I had to postpone the hunt until I moved to the area in October. We resumed the search that month and soon found my place and negotiated a great price & terms, all within about a month. You are very easy to get along with and have a lot of suggestions for properties and areas. You have same day responses and great communication with everyone involved: buyers, realtors, owners, lenders, etc. and your advice to work with a local loan agent, Chris Stopp, worked out well too. This was very convenient, since you both work very well together and helped to keep things moving during the loan/closing process. Towards the end of the escrow, even though you were out of town for your first grandson’s birth over Christmas, you managed my escrow from Ventura. Keeping in close contact with Chris and the Title Company, enabled us to close before 12-31-09, so I could receive the Federal tax credit before it expired! That was a big help and advantage for me! You stayed in touch with me & Chris every day during your time away, making sure all the paperwork, funding & closing took place prior to close of business on 12/30/09, so that we could meet our deadline!
