Love my new house and my neighborhood, all thanks to Kenneth! Working with him was such a pleasure. He made sure all ducks are in a row for both parties, which made the transaction go smoothly! Answered all questions I have, and although we were in a different time zone when I was purchasing a home (I was in California), he adjusted his time to mine and I couldn’t have appreciated that enough.
