Ken has been the family's real estate professional in Castro Valley, Hayward, the rest of the East Bay and even helped us to sell a South Bay property. Two other multi unit properties were also gotten for a significant discount even though the market was hot and properties were going for way over list price. One was gotten for a more than 50 K discount while the other was for way more than a 100k discount. How is that possible? Ken is a master negotiator and considers all market factors such as seller's motivation/timeline, buyer's strength, cosmetic but easily fixable defects etc. etc. in his requests and counteroffers . He does all this smoothly without risking the overall transaction. He does not just want a sales transaction, he wants the best transaction for his client's situation. In hindsight we are so glad we have mostly taken his advice and not overpaid or even offered on some properties we were very interested in. Invariably Ken was right. You cannot go wrong with Ken Kremer

How did it go? OMG!!! A home I was tempted to stay in! Strong ad campaign! Impressive number of viewers and bids! Near record sale time! Sale price beyond expectation! Woohoo, but that's not all... There are not enough superlatives to describe Kenneth Kremer to whom I turned because my father had previously enlisted the excellent services of Kremer & Co. You know, all those letters following his name evidence Ken's qualifications, experience and stellar reputation within the real estate community. When you have Ken Kremer as your agent you believe you are his top priority client. He is full on professional powerhouse 24/7 with bonus people skills. Detail oriented, Ken keeps everyone involved on task. He has remarkable resources for any job required in the process, landscaping to staging, trashing to packing. He very deftly kept my needless anxieties at bay, kept me focused and on task. Not once did I feel pressured, rushed, or uninformed, and never did I feel a decision was not my own. I had full confidence and trust in my agent and placed house and soul into his capable hands and business savvy. Suffice it to say I'm enormously happy with this successful venture and delighted to share my experience and recommend Ken Kremer.
