Ken Lavertu, our Sr. Appraiser grew up around real estate sales and real estate appraising his entire life and is very familiar with the intricacies and challenges of this industry. He’s also a local speaker, investor, and licensed Realtor. Ken is also currently pursuing his SRA designation with the Appraisal Institute.
