With over 30 years experience in business sales and ownership, Ken has demonstrated the highest level of honesty and determination throughout the process of buying and selling a business. His high level of confidentiality and skill enables his clients to discreetly complete the most important transaction of their life.
Ken received both his Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Virginia while running a successful construction company. He and his wife Rhonda have lived in Myrtle Beach for over 25 years, they have three sons ranging in age from 13 to 32. Ken was also a Broker-In-Charge for a thriving Myrtle Beach Real Estate and Property Management firm. He and his wife were able to build the business from the ground up and were at the helm for over 17 years. He has held many professional designations including serving 12 years as Resort H.O.A. President, Chamber of Commerce, M.L.S., South Carolina Board of Realtor s among others.
