08/10/2017 - user91106269 Bought a Single Family home in 2017 in Cape Coral, FL. Highly recommend Ken and Sarah Orum, they went above and beyond for me. Both asked questions to find out what I liked and didn't like, very receptive to my needs. I found a house in Cape Coral that I put a offer on, left for Minnesota, believed I had a house. The inspection came back that there had been a major fire in this house the trusses were all charred. Ken made many phone calls to get reports on the fire. Ken called the county, city, fire department, structural engineers, looking for answers on permits pulled for repairs, was this a safe house. Ken found out they had never pulled permits for repairs, I pulled out . I was now without a home and in Minnesota. Ken and Sarah found me a beautiful home in Cape Coral, I bought it unseen. After the closing both Ken Sarah came over to the house on three different occasions to make sure I know how everything worked, I never had a security system, irrigation, or a pool. You can't go wrong with this team, they worked very hard for me, to find me the right home.

05/05/2017 - johnbrett7477 Bought a Single Family home in 2017 in Cape Coral, FL. We started looking for an investment property in Cape Coral Fl with another agent. He was supposed to get back to us with other properties, but never did. We found another property and we were contacted by Sarah and Ken. We spoke on the phone and an appointment was made to see the property. Also, listings of comparable properties were sent to us. We knew then that Ken and Sarah were involved. There was one afternoon that they made arrangements for us to see 5 different properties. Their advise was invaluable. They showed us the good and the bad about all the places we looked at. On the suggestion of Ken and Sarah's, we looked at a property that we ended up buying. They guided us through every step and negotiated savings that I never expected. Even after settlement, they are still helping with my questions. Oh, and they are very responsive. Call them with a question or concern, if they don't answer right away, you get a call back within minutes. If they are not sure of the answer they find out and promptly get back to you.
