Kenneth Palumbo

Mr. Palumbo has been a full-service PA Licensed REALTOR® since 2002, representing sellers and buyers in residential, commercial and industrial real estate as well as multifamily investment.

He oversees all aspects of the sale transactions, including evaluating the property/business and negotiating the terms and conditions of the sale, financing, and environmental issues. All while educating clients with appropriate pricing of properties, negotiating sales, financing, and property management.

Mr. Palumbo acquired his ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) and SRS (Sellers Representative Specialist) designations to help enhance the working relationship with his clients.

From 2002 until 2010, Ken was a certified Property Manager from IREM. That experience has proven helpful to his investment clients.
