My experience has been a pleasant and successful one with Mr. Powell. From our initial meeting, he was precise and focus on our our goal, which has paid off for me.

Every week, I was updated with the status of my condo and potential buyers. Mr. Powell used aggressive techniques to get my property sold and remained persistent throughout the entire process. Never once was I in doubt about what was going on because he remained in contact with me along with all parties to keep things moving.

I would definitely refer him to anyone who is selling or burying a home because he’s very knowledgeable, professional and gets the job done!

As a first time home buyer I did not have much experience with the process of buying a home, let alone using the VA loan to finance my home. Kenneth made this process less difficult. He was always willing to go above and beyond to schedule house showings, to to accommodate my hectic schedule.

Due to the current hectic market there were plenty of times that I wanted to give up on my pursuit of purchasing my first home; however Kenneth helped me stay positive. He did this with his sound advice and positive attitude.
Eventually I was able to purchase a beautiful spacious home. This would not have been an easy feat without the professional assistance of Kenneth.

Mr. Powell presentation style and value of customer service is exceptional. He actively listened as I provided the history of my home and the emotion of moving to the next phase of my life. He announced the property to the public with love, care and tenderness that I had given my home since the day, I purchased the property March 2005. Mr. Powell marketing skills are unmatched, to have property on the market on a Saturday and receive strong financial offers from potential buyers on Monday, where the property was immediately taken off the market. The Professionalism he displayed working with me, the buyer and the buyer’s realtor, providing healthy follow up on the status timely. Closing a month later with minimal “hiccups” to the selling of the property.

Kenneth Powell as my realtor has been the best house buying experience for my family and I. With no knowledge what so ever about how to purchase a home, Kenneth assisted in the process being way less painful then it appeared to be. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable enough to ease the anxiety I have had during this whole process. We finally closed on our new home and thanks to Kennerh it was the most successful venture that I have taken. I would recommend Mr. Powell's services to all the people I know who maybe interested in purchasing a home because he is a blessing in disguise.
