Kenneth Smith

Experience:

Ken has been selling residential real estate in West Michigan for 18 years and ranks in the top 10% of all agents for sales volume. He has earned multiple awards and designations throughout his career and in 2012 opened Homestead Realty as the principal broker. The majority of Ken’s work is done on normal residential sales, but he also has extensive knowledge of new construction and residential investment properties. He has also had two appearances on HGTV’s House Hunters.

Personal:

As a native of New Jersey, Ken relocated to West Michigan upon graduation from Calvin College in 1990. He and his wife Joelle stay busy raising their three children, Zach, Stephanie, and Katie, and enjoy attending their activities. He also enjoys everything outdoors from fishing to baseball to walking the family dog. Ken is involved as a leader for his church’s youth group and various activities for his children’s school including coaching and fundraising.
