Ken was an outstanding agent for selling our mother's house. He met with us several months in advance to help plan a timeline and schedule improvements. He reassured us that it was no trouble to sell the house even though none of us lived in the local area. After our mother moved out, he arranged for improvements and staging in a timely manner and the house sold within a weekend, only one month after she moved! Ken listened to our wishes and gave excellent advice regarding market conditions, pricing, and final negotiations. He was a pleasure to work with throughout the sales process and did a great job. We are very grateful!
