I would like to take a moment to validate my 5* rating of Realtor Kenny Calderon. When you are overwhelmed with the passing of a loved one, having to add the burden of preparing their home for sale is stressful to say the least. Kenny dealt with the smallest of details while compassionately dealing with my emotional roller coaster .

When i first met Kenny he was adamant that they would stream line the entire process and insured I would understand every step of the way. That couldn’t be more accurate as they drove me to banks, the attorney's office and even recommended movers to name a few things they assisted me with. Kenny was patient and professional, as we started looking for houses during the beginning of the pandemic, it was a long road but it was worth everything! Kenny Calerdon went above and beyond for me during the purchase of my home. Every time I contacted Kenny, he always answered the phone right away, day or night. Kenny never made me feel bad about not wanting to submit an offer on a home. He always told me “you will know when it’s your home.” Eventually he was right! He constantly searches for homes for you. He sent me a listing of a home that hit the market in my desired area. He called right away and scheduled the viewing. With Kenny’s guidance I submitted the first offer on the home. It is because of Kenny that I now have a beautiful home in my desired town. Kenny is truly the best realtor ever and a truly honest person.
