Kenny and Natalie were wonderful from the very beginning. They were knowledgable of the marketing strategy and guided us throughout the whole process of selling my apartment. It was a breeze working with Kenny, from providing styling advice for professional photography and video, to being available whenever we had questions. He is great at managing our expectations and always provide clear directions on next steps. The open house was a success and we received multiple quality offers. As a first time buyer, everything about buying a home can be overwhelming and stressful. Luckily, Kenny made the process way simpler and stress-free. We spoke with Kenny regarding our wants and needs and he immediately was able to put together a list of properties and made sure he coordinated a time that worked with us on seeing the properties. Visiting each of the properties, Kenny was knowledgeable about them all and wasn't just there to sell us a property but wanted to make sure we were getting closer to finding our dream home and that's exactly what happened. We found an amazing property in Queens with a great price all because of Kenny.

Throughout the closing process, Kenny was able to connect us to lawyers, lenders and was so responsive over text whenever we had any questions. Kenny is accommodating, patient, helpful and will ease you in the process of searching for and buying a home. I cannot recommend him enough and we will definitely request his services for future purchases or rentals!

I worked with Kenny on the sale of a flushing condo and recently closed the deal. I’ve worked with many realtors over the years and what I really like about Kenny is his incredible service, diligence, and perseverance. To be fair no realtor is perfect, but Kenny sure comes close. I would choose him for any real estate property any day of the week. He is dedicated to the end to get you the best deal whether seller or buyer. His commitment level is tremendous no matter the size of the project or property. Don’t take my word, just look at the track record and volume. 10 stars all the way in my book.

Kenny is THE real estate agent you need to have in NYC. He is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond in finding the best possible home for his clients. I have first been referred to Kenny few years ago from a good friend but at the time (2020 during the pandemic), things didn't quite pan out. But in 2022, when we needed to find a new permanent family home, he came through! He take times searching into the properties that could be the best fit for the client. We saw many homes together until we found the right one. He also introduced me to a great legal team and inspection team. Our closing process was smooth and quicker than average! He even surprised us with a cake to celebrate our closing. He will take care of his clients from start to finish and beyond! We are glad we had Kenny as our agent and proudly recommend him to anyone that needs a NYC home buying expert!

Kenny has been been nothing but an amazing real estate agent! He was available and responsive to all of our questions and he didn't mention spending time with us to explain to us whether it was over the phone, in person or via text messaging. He's extremely knowledge in all areas that pertain to real estate, whether it came to looking at structural damage, to zoning laws, and pros and cons of varies homes we saw.

We are extremely glad that he was our buyer agent and I'd recommend him to anyone interested in either buying or selling their home!

Kenny has gone above and beyond while my husband and I were looking for our first home. He’s NOT the typical agent that will push you to just buy any home, but he’ll work with you to buy the perfect dream home! He’s very knowledgeable, honest and caring and will tell you what you need to watch out for when buying a home. He surprised us because he seemed to have a solution for every curveball I threw at him, including negotiating our deal, finding bankers and lawyers, and renovations.
