Kenny Parcell

Kenny was born and raised in Orem, Utah. After serving a Two-Year LDS Church mission in Tennessee, he returned to play football for Brigham Young University. Two years before finishing his bachelor’s degree at BYU, Kenny earned his real estate license from the Harmon Real Estate School and began negotiating real estate transactions for his professors, friends, and family. From that core group of clients starting in 1996, Kenny has developed a reputation as one of the area’s leading real estate professionals. More than 25 years later, Kenny has sold more than 3,500 homes with over 400 of those being short sales.

Kenny has achieved many things throughout his real estate career! He has served as a Liaison for the National Association of Realtors® in the capacity of member communications and professional development (2012), Member Involvement (2013) Realtor Party Director (2015) Realtor Party Fundraising (2017) Vice President of Government affairs (2018) and was a member of the NAR Leadership Academy and the NAR Finance Committee. He was named Realtor of the Year for the Utah Association of Realtors in 2013. He is a past President for the Utah Association of Realtors® and the Utah County Association of Realtors®. He was one of 6 Realtors® chosen to participate in the Pasadena Tournament of Roses Parade. He is a recipient of the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award, a RE/MAX Hall of Fame inductee, Utah County Association Realtor® of the Year and in 2001 Realtor® Magazine’s Top 30 under 30, just to name a few. In 2020 Kenny was elected to be the 2021 First Vice President of the National Association of REALTORS, 2022 President Elect and in November 2022 was installed as President of the 1.6 million plus membership for 2023.
