About Kent

Kent was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia and attended the University of Georgia, where he studied for a Bachelor's of Science degree in Ecology. In 2004, he made the move to Hilton Head Island where he began a whole new adventure in the restaurant industry, and soon decided his true calling was working with the public. Kent's career path changed in 2007, when he found himself on a new road selling real estate.

The many years on Hilton Head Island have given Kent extensive knowledge of the communities on and off the island as well as a full understanding of the real estate process. This, along with his strategic marketing and competitive negotiation skills, helps to create a smooth transaction ensuring client satisfaction. Kent enjoys working with both buyers and sellers, making new friends in the process.
