Kent has a wealth of knowledge and twenty years of local experience with thousands of successful transactions. Kent works with all types of residential clients from first time buyers, to last time retiring sellers. He also works with clients on land, commercial, and investment transactions. Kent is one of the most successful realtors in the Charlotte region year after year. He has been recognized for many awards throughout the years including “Top 15 Realtors in Charlotte” and multiple “Best in Client Satisfaction” from Charlotte Magazine.
Kent is a graduate of Clemson University. He is married to his wife Julie, who also owns First Properties. They have two daughters: Vanessa, a student at Western Carolina University, and Jacqueline, a senior at Clover High School. Kent is an active member of River Hills Community Church where he was a youth leader for many years and currently serves on the Nominations Committee. Kent is also involved with the Kairos Ministry. When Kent is not selling real estate, he is usually at a sporting event. He follows the Clemson Tigers, Carolina Panthers, Houston Texans, Miami Dolphins, Detroit Tigers, and the Pittsburgh Penguins. He also loves to fish, hunt, and golf.
