Kent Sanderson

Kent was born and reared in Birmingham, Alabama. In the late 60’s his family began to spend their summers at a Gulf Shores campground. In the mid 70’s, the family established a summer beach home. In the 80’s, the family acquired the FBO at the Gulf Shores Airport. This experience provided an interesting perspective on Gulf Coast real estate development. In the late-mid 80s, after proudly graduating from Auburn University, Kent returned to the Alabama Gulf and has never looked back.

Gulf Coast real estate brokerage has been his full-time occupation. Along the way, he was proudly associated with the Frank Brown International Songwriters Festival. Sanderson was fortunate to be involved with the City of Gulf Shores Swim Team, coaching the team for seven years.
