We were guided to Kent by our mortgage lendor when obtaining our pre-approval. They had stated he primarily focused on first time home buyers, which we were, and he had great knowledge about the cities we were looking to buy our home in (Livonia/Plymouth). The best thing about Kent was that he explained things thoroughly to us and was always open to questions, since we were unfamiliar with how things in the process worked. Our unique sitation left us putting an offer on a HUD home (government owned-bidding situation) which can take several months to close (not a realtor's favorite situation to be in). Kent was there for us EVERY step of the way for almost 6 months. He was one of the people (of the many who got involved) that I felt like I could trust and be very honest with how I was feeling throughout the process. He helped us close our dream home and has continued to follow up just to see how we are doing. Overall, he is a very knowledgable realtor who truly DOES have your best interest at heart. He is a genuine person that will get the job done and we were very satisfied and lucky to have worked with him.

Loved working with Kent. He is the complete package when it comes to an agent. He kept working for me long after the house was sold. I would recommend Kent to everyone who is serious about buying or selling a home.

Kent went above and beyond the call of duty to help me find my home, he even brought kids toys with him to entertain my children while I looked at homes.
