Kent Yan

Plato Commercial Real Estate, LLC was founded by Kent Yan, a Madison, WI native. Kent grew up working at his parents’ restaurant in Downtown Madison, and worked along side with his family at the restaurant during middle school, high school, and while attending UW Madison where he obtained a degree in Real Estate. Kent started in the commercial real estate brokerage business in 2007, right before the economic downturn, and has worked hard and diligently in finding ways to create creative solutions for his clients and customers in helping them obtain the right space for their business needs, and helping landlords and sellers market their properties. In December of 2013, Kent decided to venture off and start his own brokerage firm, Plato Commercial Real Estate, LLC, and has not looked back since.
