Keren Jayne is the best realtor in the NoVa area...period. She has helped us buy investment properties, sold our house, and helped us purchase our new home during this housing boom. Keren's expertise in the real estate market has made us come back to her over and over again. She is reliable, transparent, personable, resourceful, and she will work hard to get your new home. Biggest challenge we had this year was buying a home this past summer. Keren made the whole process smooth and got us into a home we wanted. Anyone selling and/or buying a home at this time knows how insane the market is at the moment. We could not have asked for an easier and smoother process in selling our home. Keren was extremely responsive, involved, and flexible. We received multiple offers and were under contract within 48 hours and in less than a month we closed on the sale of our home. We decided to sell our long term rental property in the NoVa area in late 2020 and went with Keren to help us with the process. Keren was amazing from start to finish! She acted swiftly to identify areas within the home that would be attractive and other items that could use a little work prior to listing, and assisted us in getting those addressed in a timely and efficient manner. She worked with us to price the property appropriately to drive in heavy traffic as soon as the property was listed, and we were able to sell quickly and at the price point we desired. Keren was excellent in negotiating with the potential buyers to get us the best deal possible. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the future. My husband and I had been scouring the market for well over a year, with the hope of finding our forever home. When the time came to bid in an ultra- competitive market, I immediately reached out to Keren. Best decision we’ve ever made! Keren worked tirelessly, around the clock, even while on vacation to handle the negotiations, contract paperwork, and happily answered all of our questions. Her in-depth knowledge of the ever-evolving market, in combination with her tenacious drive to get it done, we were able to not only ratify on our dream farm, but all while keeping our contingencies in place- including a sale of home contingency. Keren sold our house in one week, and got us to closing on our farm in less than 30 days! It is a pleasure to have Keren as my Agent! She assisted me with acquiring the rental of a second home in Loudoun County during the crux of the pandemic summer of 2020. I have worked with many real estate brokers and various agents on several real estate transactions over the years and can confidently say that Karen is the best agent/ broker I have ever used.
Karen has the qualities that make her an extremely successful and effective broker. I can't say enough about her professionalism and knowledge within the industry. She has high integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping the clients' best interests in mind. One of the qualities I respected the most was her down-to-earth style. As a busy executive, I don't have time to waste. She gets to the point quickly yet professionally, always respecting the client's time. She does a great job of listening to her client's needs and does not waste time showing properties that do not meet the client's objectives. She researches to assess a fair market value of the property for the offer and then negotiates effectively with the opposing broker on behalf of the client. She is highly responsive to questions, often responding immediately to our late-night emails after midnight. She shows great attention to the details enabling the transaction to get done. I have the highest level of confidence in her. Our transaction went very smoothly, and we closed on time. She followed up many times to strategize the best route to get into a place quickly and efficiently. She treated me with the utmost dignity and respect. I consider myself a difficult client to have with but through her ability to keep a calming and reassuring presence.
As mentioned above, she represented me on the purchase side of the transaction. I also would not hesitate to use her as my listing agent if I were selling a property. Keren is brilliant and negotiating; locating can sometimes become very difficult in today's housing market. I have the highest level of confidence in her and feel she would properly assess any situation and figure out an effective solution. In future transactions, I will only have Karen represent me.

Keren is by far the best realtor in Northern Virginia. She was very patient with us when we were deciding back and forth on if we were going to stay in state or move and continued to help us while we were being so indecisive. She ended up finding us the perfect home and fought hard for us to get this home! I would recommend her over and over again and do so anytime someone is needing a local realtor. She does not pressure you at all - she wants what you want, and helps you get it.
