Kerri was invaluable in both the selling of our home and the purchase of another.
She guided us with specific cost effective renovations that added value and attracted buyers. She patiently guided us through the whole process. Her marketing plan was excellent and the pictures were amazing. We sold our house quickly with multiple offers.
We also purchased a home with Kerri and she looked out for our best interests every step of the way,even making sure we got all the extras we could in the new construction home we purchased.
