You will end up where you are meant to be; Kerri must have told me that a hundred times. You will end up where you are meant to be, and of course, she was right. After two years of house searching, thousands of listings viewed, countless hours touring, putting in offers and backing out, changing the area we were going to buy in, completely dropping all of our “musts haves” for our dream house, and just feeling defeated – Kerri assured us we would find our dream home. She directed us throughout the entire process, giving us advice, pointing out important parts of the houses during walkthroughs, pointing us toward great people and companies to work with, and, most importantly, Kerri was patient. She sat by our side until magically one day, we found our home. Every day, we see more and more things that we love about our home, consistently saying how much we love it. Kerri immediately got us a tour the next day during a pandemic when our house came onto the market. We were the first to tour the house. When we walked in the doors, my husband and I just knew from the beautiful built-ins, to the loft with the most perfect lighting for creating art, to the wrap-around deck and pool. Somehow after dropping all our wants – we found a house that checks all the boxes. Kerri helped us submit an offer right away. They had an open house the next day, and after seeing how many people showed up, Kerri helped us again – submit another offer – and this time, we got it. Everything from there on out was smooth sailing. Buying a house during a pandemic is incredibly stressful; Kerri made it a breeze. It’s been six months since we purchased our home, and every day we are grateful for Kerri, who helped us find our sweet home, Frank. She is the perfect person to help you find your family's dream home.

We used Kerri for the purchase of our first home with nothing short of a great experience, so as our family grew and we decided to sell and move into a bigger home, she was our obvious first choice.
She exceeded our expectations. We sold our home in October, with multiple offers within days of listing and she guided us seamlessly through the process of the sale. The market was crazy as buyers and Kerri patiently helped us look for the perfect home for our growing family. Never once did we feel pressured to purchase! Thanks to a crazy market, one not so fantastic home inspection that ended with us backing out of our offer, and a pandemic, we didn’t end up finding our home until June, but Kerri stuck with us and was so gracious and kind.
She genuinely wanted to find us the house that was perfect for us, and with her help we did.
If it were possible to give her more than five stars I would and I recommend her to anyone I know looking to buy or sell their home.

I was so impressed with Kerri Crowley and her professionalism, attentiveness, knowledge, and being so personable. You can tell that she is passionate about her job and took the time to listen and talk to my whole family about our needs/wants. We were moving to NH from CA . It was hard enough as it is to move across the U.S with teenage kids and a dog. She made us feel welcome and met every need we had, day and night. She was the best Realestate agent we have ever worked with (we have worked with many) and I am proud to now call her my friend!

Kerri tirelessly marketed our home in Bedford until it was sold at the price we were comfortable with. Kerri listened to us and guided us through the home selling process, she always got back to us quickly and is extremely professional at all times. Best of all she is a really nice person.
