Kerri is a real estate agent that you can ALWAYS depend on. She is a balance of kind, professional, and knowledgeable that you'd hope for in anyone you would work with. I purchased my first home with Kerri 10 years ago this August. As an only parent and first time home buyer, who was also new to the area, she had her hands full. Kerri was so informative about what steps we were taking, what I needed to do, what to look out for, and what my options were I felt completely confident in my search and purchase. At one point even helping me look at rentals because I wasn't finding what I wanted, and then we found it. Her knowledge of real estate, and the area can't be matched. I still, proudly refer anyone even thinking about looking to her. AMAZING!

Kerri Levins assisted us in finding our house when we first moved to Peachtree City, GA. She grew up in the area and is very knowledgeable of the surroundings. Her skill and after care as a realtor is exceptional, through our 8 years living in Peachtree City, Kerri regularly provided us with current house sales along with valuable housing market information. So when it was time for us to move and sell our house, Kerri was the first person we thought of to represent and assist us, and we could not have asked for a better realtor. Kerri handled the sale of my primary residence in Peachtree City. I had followed her for years through signs and mailings, and chose her carefully comparing with other realtors. I am an investor, and have sold many houses over the years, so am very picky with my agents. Kerri did a fantastic job from day one, going above and beyond expectations several time! She has great marketing and pictures, and great referrals for professionals and contractors. She saved me a ton of time and expense in chasing all those down in very tight windows.

In all, my property ended up selling for $20k over asking price! I highly recommend Kerri for the sale of your home, you won't regret it!

Working with Kerri was a pleasure. I began the search for my home before I deployed. She corresponded with me while I was overseas to get a feel for things I desired in a home. Upon my return, she had a large list of properties for viewing. Within a few weeks we had found exactly what I was looking for. She made the entire process very low stress. Her main priority was to ensure that I had the features, floor plan, and location I desired within my price range. She was always available via phone, text, or email for any questions or concerns I had during the process. She was also present for all walk throughs and also for closing. During closing, she took the time to explain anything that I didn’t understand or that I was concerned about. She is an outstanding realtor, and I would recommend her over anyone I have worked with in the past.
