I didn't deal with the business. I only dealt with Keri Stretch, real estate agent, who did a wonderful job advertising my house and helping me get through issues such as an undersized septic tank in the middle of a pandemic. She was always available for showings and always gave helpful advice about things to do to make house show better. Because of pandemic, our closing took place a week after we left for Florida and Kerri checked the house out every day for us. We worked together for almost a year (held up 9 months because of septic tank issues) and she did a great job!. I totally recommend her.
