Kerri Woodson

Kerri is so proud to be a Realtor! She is equally pleased to be part of a very unique company called NextHome. After many years as a local real estate agent, Kerri decided that the best way to serve her clients was to become a Broker. After achieving that goal, Kerr created a successful independent local brokerage. She eventually found herself looking for something more to maximize her ability to bring the highest level of service to clients and customers. A little more about Kerr personally, she has been part of the Clarksville, TN, Community for about 20 years. Her husband was born and raised in Clarksville. They met at college and eventually moved back to the area. They have been married almost 25 years. Together, they are raising two young men. Kerri’s family is active in sports and recreation throughout the area. Kerri enjoys off-road trail riding, swimming, and picnics.

Kerri has assisted her husband with his construction company for almost two decades. Due to Kerri’s experience with the construction company, she has acquired quite a knowledge base about new construction and land acquisition. Kerri has also earned the SRES designation, which supplements her interest in universal design or creating homes that are accessible for everyone. Kerri also specializes in assisting movers of various life stages from needing to expand, adapting to the empty nest, aging in place, or preparing for a final move. In addition, Kerri has earned the SRS designation, which specifically addresses the unique needs of the seller.
