Simply put....I love what I do. Whether it is finding customers their very first house, helping an expanding family find a bigger place to call home or downsizing clients who just don´t want to mow a lawn anymore. I just enjoy all aspects of being a Realtor. It can be an exciting, but stressful time. With my experience and a healthy sense of humor, I have brought my clients to the closing table with a smile. I have been a Realtor for 17 years and was an appraiser for 4 years prior to getting into the sales end of Real Estate for a total of 21 years of experience in all. I feel as though the combination of the two gives me a strong sense of what a property is really valued at which is very important on both the Selling side and the Buying side of real estate. In the end, any property will be bought or sold at the right price...it´s just a matter of finding it....and that is my job.
The First Time Home Buyer has a special place in my heart....I can remember being in that position...wanting a home and not knowing where to start. For this reason, I really enjoy helping people understand the process from beginning to end. It is so very important to know what is happening as it happens so there is a level of comfort in knowing the process.
Multiple bid situations can be very confusing. Being experienced in an abundance of these transactions I have learned to think outside the box and have come up with creative ways to get to the closing table for my clients on the buying and selling sides. Experience is key!!
