Kerry Baldwin

Kerry brings her background as Director of Event Services at The Greenbrier, and prior experience at Gaylord Opryland in Nashville, to her role as a Team Agent at Grist Real Estate.

Kerry’s love of real estate began at an early age. By age six she designed and “sold” properties to her sisters! She loves a challenge, always has a plan, and no detail is too small for her to thoughtfully consider. Presidents, professional athletes, celebrities and business elite have all benefitted from her southern hospitality. She looks forward to sharing her passion for real estate and hospitality with clients.

Kerry is a 2004 graduate of Queens University of Charlotte, where she majored in Corporate Communications. She and her husband Stephen and their son Harrison live in Ronceverte. “As a native Floridian, I fell in love with West Virginia,” she comments. “Besides the incredible vistas and glorious seasons, this community is filled with the most remarkable individuals. It is small town living at its best, with all the cuisine, culture and interests for any pursuit.”

Kerry’s experience leading a team of professionals who manage over 700 groups a year led her to Grist, which uses a similar team approach to real estate. “Event planning and real estate have so many overlaps,” she observes. “Both depend on being able to successfully guide clients through a process and handle stressful situations with ease. What truly makes me proud is seeing a client’s face filled with joy.”
