Kerry Morneau

A native of Upstate New York, Kerry Morneau learned the value of education at Houghton College in Houghton, New York where she received her bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Administration. After Kerry graduated from Houghton College in 2002, she moved to the Tampa Bay Area, attended Bob Hogue School of Real Estate, and earned a Sales Associate License in January 2003. Kerry was hired full-time by Rottlund Homes, a national new home builder, and collaborated with them from 2003-2008.

In April 2008, Kerry had her first daughter and decided to take some time off from her career in real estate to focus on her growing family. Kerry kept her real estate license updated with continuing education and in 2012 joined Future Home Realty. In 2016, Kerry earned her Broker's License and in 2019 she opened her own real estate office, Morneau Property Group LLC.

Kerry, principal broker of Morneau Property Group LLC, will expertly and patiently guide you through the home buying or selling process. She participates in the community and is an active member of the PTA at her daughter's school and an active member at her church.
