Kerry Shea, V.P. of Sales & Marketing, is a licensed broker overseeing all sales and marketing efforts for RVW. With over 20 years of corporate and real estate sales experience, Kerry has closed over $100 million in commercial and residential transactions. Born and raised in Detroit, MI, Kerry has called Colorado home for over 25 years. Attracted to the climate, recreation and lifestyle, resort development has provided the vehicle to shape and enhance the communities that he calls home.
When he is not focused on real estate, Kerry can be found enjoying the great outdoors or playing hockey with his wife Jennifer and two daughters, Claire and Margaux. Kerry is involved with numerous non-profit organizations including the president of the Steamboat Springs Youth Hockey Association, president of the Mountain Village Partnership, member of the Rotary Club of Steamboat Springs and past president of the Steamboat Springs Chamber. He earned the Steamboat Springs Businessperson of the Year in 2019.
Kerry holds a Bachelors degree in Geography from the University of Colorado.
