Kerry Smith is amazing. I can't say enough about our experience. We were relocating from Plant City, FL to Pensacola, FL. Kerry walked us through from beginning to end. He took his time with us,. It was first rate treatment. He spent many days looking at homes with my husband and myself. Often times I was unable to be in Pensacola and he still made it work. We ended up picking a home that I had not seen and we absolutely love it. Kerry told us it had good bones...which is funny because our last name is Bone. Kerry held referred us to our insurance agent and title company. I can't say enough about how easy he made our transition. If you are looking for a superb agent to help you with new homeownership, Kerry is your man!

I can’t say enough good things about Kerry Smith and Realty Box. The man treats you as family and never pushes a home for commission. To be honest I am a very impulsive buyer I see I want. But Kerry has your best interest at heart I wanted every home I saw but he talked me out of multiple places because of structural issues or items more expensive to fix then the value of the home. He probably showed us 5-6 homes before we found our dream house, and it’s so amazing to have a Realator that you can trust so when they say hey this is a good deal you know it is and there not just after the commission.

We purchased our home from Kerry a little over a year ago and he made the process so effortless. We have chosen to use him as our Realator to list an investment property we are selling. And the result are the same. He is always on top of things super professional but very easy going. Will never use another agent.
