Kerryn Ellson is the best RE agent I have ever worked with. She is very professional, super responsive and works very hard. She knows the area inside and out and is a great resource to have. We made the decision to move to Clearwater and purchase our new primary residence and did this from Arizona. It was a pleasure working with Kerryn. She did a great job selling our home in Belleair. Kerryn was able to get our home sold where the 2 previous realtors that had our listing failed. We had the unique opportunity to observe multiple different realtors (as listing agents for our home), and see the significant difference that Kerryn brings to a transaction as compared to other realtors and other agencies. Kerryn was fully engaged and involved in the transaction from start to finish (unlike the other realtors), and made sure nothing was missed or overlooked. She stepped in with insight and action to make sure any potential issues were resolved quickly. This was far from a simple transaction, and Kerryn handled it with professionalism that far exceeded any other realtor that came before her in the sale of our home. I highly recommend Kerryn for any and all real estate needs.

When we were putting our home on the market, I had several agents vying for the listing. Because of the uniqueness of our house and location, I was very concerned about who was going to be showing the house to prospective buyers. We selected Kerryn and true to her word, she personally did the work necessary to sell our home.

Thousands of agents can "list" your home. If you want someone who's going to "sell" your home, Kerryn rises to the top of the list. If I had to do it all over again, Kerryn would still be my first choice.

My wife and would like to highly recommend Kerryn Ellson to anyone considering working with a realtor. We were referred to Kerryn by a friend (another satisfied client of Kerryn's) when we decided to look for a home in Belleair. At the time, we were living in South Tampa and knew nothing about the area, so we were fully relying on Kerryn's vast local knowledge. She began the process by taking the time to gain an understanding of what we were looking for... what does our home life look like, with kids / pets / homeschooling / social gatherings, etc. From there, she was incredibly responsive when we identified homes that looked interesting to us. Scheduling home showings when you live close to an hour away can be challenging, but Kerryn handled it with ease and removed the stress for us.

Kerryn was patient with us when we toured a LOT of homes and just couldn't find the right fit. We never once felt pressure to act when we didn't feel comfortable, and her commitment to helping us find the home we loved never waivered. Ultimately, a house came on the market, and I requested a showing. Despite the fact that Kerryn was in ITALY ON VACATION, she communicated with me and had one of her partners schedule a showing that day. We negotiated the deal that week and bought the home.

While all of this is great, what really makes me want to recommend Kerryn is this... when we bought our home, we knew we were going to be doing significant renovations. Kerryn provided an introduction to multiple contractors that she had direct experience with over the years, and then steered us in the direction of the one whom she knew would be best for us, given the style of home we were trying to create and the scope of the project. We are several months into the renovation process, and I can confidently say she was absolutely correct. Contractors are extremely busy today, but when we told the contractor who referred us, he met with us immediately and took on the job.

Lastly, when moving to a new area, meeting people and building community is one of the biggest challenges. Kerryn is so well connected and well respected, that by the time we moved we already had a sense of community by our friendship with Kerryn and those she introduced us to. Kerryn is a highly competent, proactive and responsive realtor, and we give her our highest recommendation.
