Before launching his real estate career, Kevin served as a corporate executive after earning his B.S. in Agricultural Economics from North Dakota State University and M.S. from Purdue University. That analytical and business foundation continues to shape his success in real estate—where strategy, communication, and execution drive every client outcome. Kevin had a distinguished corporate career working for several Fortune 50-level companies at an executive level, where he honed the leadership and analytical skills that now define his real estate success.

Kevin’s expertise spans new construction, land development, and income-producing properties, giving clients a distinct advantage whether they’re building, investing, or selling. He also brings a unique perspective on single-family investment properties and commercial projects through both his extensive sales experience and more than 25 years as an owner of these types of properties, providing clients with valuable insight from both sides of the transaction. Beyond real estate, Kevin is a dedicated community leader. He served as Pillar Chair for the Black Hills Military Advisory Coalition and was an Honorary Commander for the 34th Bomb Wing, Thunderbirds at Ellsworth Air Force Base. He also holds the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation—helping service members and their families transition seamlessly to life in the Black Hills.
