He is exceptionally meticulous in his research and always look for the best deal possible. In the past, he has helped me in buying the house as well. My wife and I can’t say enough about how well our experience with Kevin went. Things with our home started out on the wild side if you may and Kevin stood with us through the whole thing and put forth so much effort to help us sell our home and purchase our new home that made things for us sooo much easier. He stayed on top of everything and was always there whenever we had any questions which he normally had the answers too before we could get them out of our mouths LOL. We have been blessed to have met Kevin because not only do we have a realtor for life we more importantly have a friend for life! If you want someone who will take the reins from the start and not let go then go with Kevin. You will NOT be disappointed!

Kevin is the best. He helped us navigate a saturated seller's market as first time home buyers. He was patient & kind, he listened to both my husband & mines wants & needs in our picky search for the perfect house to raise our daughter. His knowledge of the market & the areas we were looking in is unparalleled. If I find out someone I know is selling a house, & Kevin isn't their realtor - I will judge them harshly! Lol, but seriously - we could not have had a better agent, we will always use Kevin in our future endeavors, he is our go to guy, & he has become a great friend!

I highly recommend using Kevin Carne's as your next real estate agent. He helped me buy my first house when moving to Charlotte and years later helped my wife and I buy our second and I couldn't say enough about how valuable his knowledge and experience with real estate was to us. He went above and beyond to help make the home buying experience as smooth as possible. Always having our best interests in mind im glad we had him as our agent. Kevin Carnes helped us find and purchase our very first home in a new town. We only had 30 days to make one of the biggest decisions of our lives and Kevin made the entire home buying experience seamless and really memorable.

His demeanor calmed my frantic nature and he reassured us every step of the way. Kevin helped us to find a home within our budget that our two small children could grow up in.
