I was the buyer agent on a cross deal with Kevin Carnes. It was not the easiest transaction, yet Kevin remained professional, courteous and responsive the entire time. He extended some grace and was patient with some difficulties with the loan at no fault of my client. It was much appreciated and we were able to get to the closing table!
