About Kevin

Kevin Collins is one-half of the Collins Team: a dynamic partnership with a reputation for integrity market knowledge and client satisfaction. Kevin pairs his keen attention to detail and analytical mindset with his mother Glenda Collins' 40+ years of industry experience. Together they successfully meet the needs of a broad range of clients including first-time buyers, investors, seniors, and energy relocations. Kevin was a member of the Collins Team long before earning his license in 2004. He helped Glenda regularly with anything from signs to lockboxes to flyers and continued his work with another successful agent in high school. It is no surprise that he hit the ground running his first year in the business and was recognized as "Rookie of The Year" in 2005.

Kevin appreciates what it takes to make a transaction successful. He manages his time, so each client receives the attention they deserve, and he minimizes surprises along the way. Kevin consistently monitors the market to give sellers any advantage he can, and he conducts extensive home pricing and analysis for his buyers. He understands that relationships are important and has established a good rapport and open communications with inspectors, lenders, and title companies to help keep his clients informed and the process on schedule. In addition to studying architecture at Texas A&M University, Kevin has taken classes on farm and ranch real estate and relocation for certifications with Halliburton, CARTUS Global Relocation Services along with many other worldwide ERC corporate relocation service providers.

Prior to real estate, Kevin worked for three years in corporate energy risk management. Pairing his continuing education with his architectural background and his business experience he has made himself a force in real estate. A native Houstonian, Kevin grew up in Clear Lake and has lived in The Woodlands for twenty years. He is a movie buff, a reader, and a lover of history. An avid outdoorsman he enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and trail running. Kevin travels often and has visited almost every US state and traveled across Europe multiple times. He is active in local political organizations and multiple social groups and automotive clubs.
